How far are the apartments from St Peter's?
From the Ottaviano Apart (Via Ottaviano 25), St Peter's Square is about 800 metres away, roughly a ten-minute walk. From the Vatican Cozy Retreat (Via Angelo Emo 5), the entrance to the Vatican Museums is about 7 minutes away. The St Peter Urban Loft (Via Gregorio VII 242) is about 25 minutes on foot, or just a few minutes by bus.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Arriving later is absolutely fine, as check-in is digital. If you need different times, drop us a message and we'll do our best.
How does check-in work?
It's all digital: before you arrive, you'll receive the instructions and access code by WhatsApp or text message. By law we have to register an identity document for every guest, so we'll ask you for these before your arrival.
Is the city tax included in the price?
No. The Roma Capitale city tax is paid separately: for holiday apartments it is currently €6 per person per night, up to a maximum of 10 consecutive nights. Children up to the age of 10 are exempt.
How do I get here from Fiumicino Airport?
By taxi, at the city's fixed fare to the centre; or take the Leonardo Express to Termini, then Metro Line A towards Battistini (get off at Ottaviano or Cipro). Alternatively, we can book you a private transfer with a licensed driver.
Is there parking?
The apartments don't have private parking spaces. For the Ottaviano Apart there's a special arrangement with Garage Vespasiano (paid); in the other areas you can park on the street. We'll give you directions before you arrive.
Can I bring pets?
No, pets are not allowed in the apartments.
Can I cancel my booking?
We tell you the cancellation terms on WhatsApp before you confirm your booking, and you'll find them again in the written confirmation. If you have any questions, message us before you book.
Is there Wi-Fi? Can I work remotely?
Yes, all the apartments have Wi-Fi. The St Peter Urban Loft and the Vatican Cozy Retreat also have a laptop workspace.
Do you have a cot for babies?
Yes, a cot is available on request at the Vatican Cozy Retreat: just let us know when you book.
